10 full spine lateral exercises

Back:
Bent-over row: 3 x 12 x 45 lbs
Row(machine): 2 x 10 x 80 lbs; 2 x 8 x 85 lbs
Lat pulldown(machine): 1 x 10 x 70 lbs; 1 x 10 x 80 lbs; 1 x 10 x 90 lbs; 1 x 8 x 110 lbs

Lower body:
40 calf raises, feet straight
20 calf raises, feet in
20 calf raises, feet out
100 toe taps/side
