Cardio:
750 meters terrible swimming with my face out of the water. ( I think it was 750 meters. It was 15 laps if a lap is going there and back at the YMCA pool)
15 minutes bike trainer, low gear, cadence 60-90
Core:
40 crunches
40 reverse crunches
20 oblique crunches
Lower body:
20 calf raises, feet in
20 calf raises, feet out
20 calf raises, feet straight

My pool, I just found out, is 25 yards. That means that each lap I do would be 50 yards the way I am counting it. I can't figure it out though, because everyone I talk to tells me something different about what a lap is. So I am just trying to count the number of yards because otherwise it is much too confusing.
